So much goin on...

I think day 2 and 3 are in here... and then some. Monday morn the builders arrived, the garage door was opened for the last time!

he's just cute, this little bunny comes every night about the same time and sits in the middle of the yard, always by that super green patch.... we're not sure what's so special about that spot?

Tuesday Gayle had a get together for Linda, as her last shift was Monday and then she is moving to Hueston..... kewl a new destination to visit!

Maddie's 1st job

Today I dropped Maddie off at the mall for the first day of her first job. She was a little excited, a little nervous. Her training shift was 4 hours today, when I picked her up she was still smiling ;-) that's a good sign. The purple hair has to go tho' what to do..... she's still trying to figure that part out, but she's back on Wednesday.

Tuesdays with Morrie

On Sept 3rd, the Napa's left for Europe, they were gone until last night :-) and now they are home. Since there is a huge time difference, last night after arriving they had a quick cup of tea, unwound a bit, told us tales of their ventures, and then went to bed. We wanted them to have a good rest, because tonight we were going to Stage West for a play......

Sept 3rd....

the play was Tuesdays with Morrie, a hugely heart warming play, sad..... but so good, and funny. Just when you were on the verge of tears, Jamie Farr would say a funny line..... ok I'm lieing, I cried thru 3/4 of it.... but it was an awesome play!

The "dotter" has a job!

Well it was a big day for Maddie, she found out she has a job... her first one... she is very excited :-) To celebrate we went out to the Olive Garden for supper.

Then we went to the dollar store and tried on masks... EEEEEKKKKKKK

lovely!!! Congratz Maddie! :-)

Things that irritate me....

While leaving for work I noticed this small magnet on my garage door.... upon closer look I realized it was a stinkin campaign magnet!!!! The nerve of someone tagging my door with a political item without my consent.... I sure as hell AM not voting for this person.... if I voted that is???
