You Got your ghost on!

Well.... it takes a month to set up, and then Poof..... just like a ghost, it's gone!!! Spookypalooza 4 was the best so far..... which always leaves the burning question.... what the HELL do I do next year????

So I asked people to "get their ghost on" for the party..... and they did!!! We had a special guest this year, the amazing Casey, no, that's not a magicians name, it is a friend that brought his karaoke, machine and played a special spooky set of tunes for us!!! HE rocked the house, literally! until 2am, and only because his Mike died. My many brave friends also sang, and we danced the night away! Awesome friends, awesome night.... and now onto the photos.... moihahahahahaha oh ya and vote :-) to the right .....

Me and my darling daughter, she was so helpful this year! Every year she always helps me create the ghouls and goblins. We are the perfect team, one of us will hold up an item, and the other feeds ideas off of that, and back and forth! This really is her party as much as mine! This year tho, because she doesn't live here, it was harder to get that mojo.... so she came and spent a whole week with me to help!!! And the creating began!!

The party started at 7, and while I patiently waited ( watching the clock lol) the doorbell finally rang.... and I opened the door to... a whole cast of MINIONS!!! That was an awesome greeting!! lol 

sorry these pics are mixed up :-( but you will get the gist. In the first room of horrors, the story was about a little boy named Alfy, who liked to tell stories of peoples fears... last name Hitchcock! The birds are suspended, and you will see a better pic later on.

 This lovely little gem in door number 2, is straight out of kids nightmares! and some adults lol. He took 4 hours for us to build! and he is as tall and menacing as we could muster!! He points right at you too! LOVE him!!! lol

Introducing Rosemany..... when zombies swept over her town.... she was left to fend for herself, perfect setting in Maddie's rainbow room! She actually lurches at you! Got a few people to jump :-) you know who you are :-)

This is Raven, and she was a gift, from who? From my awesome Minions when the store closed, most people would get gift certificates or bath products, but they gave me EXACTLY what makes me happiest..... ghouls!!! lol love her and my minions!!!

This is Eerie Acres Cemetery, and when I opened the door I asked of people ever wondered what went on in a graveyard when nobody was watching..... mayhem!!!

Downstairs bathroom, it usually has the main focus on spiders, but this year I loaded it with motion sensor fun!! The urn talks, the skull chatters, and a mirror scares the hell out of you. There was no safe place to turn, all the while songs with the word spider in them play.....

Voted best costume of the night, Kim the mad scientist!!! Great job, funniest costume was swept by the minions, but they have to decide amongst themselves, where their gift card goes lol!!

"Shaun" surprised everyone this year, and didn't go as Shaun of the dead, instead he went as Rick Grimes from the Walking dead, still a zombie hunter lol but a different one. We found bunny slipper girl and looped the opening scene of the walking dead in the background. the scene is where Rick shoots Bunny girl in the head....here Rick is re enacting it, "and that's Monday" he says

into the dungeon, I've never set up anything downstairs before, but I needed a place for Regan. I have built Regans many times thru the years, now I  found one.... and don't have to build her anymore!! As people walked down into the dark, I asked them to shake her bed to wake her up, and she did with glowing eyes, sits up and yep, her spins around!!! AWESOME
