Scrapbooker's Paradise has a class called a Frenzy, it starts @ 6PM and goes til midnight.. I told Maddie about this, and she thot it was so kewl that you got to be in the store till 12:00, after it closed! So I enquired if she was allowed to go... the answer... No. :-( This made us both very sad... so I told the teacher that we were sad that she wasn't able to attend. So the teacher said she would find out, because she used to bring her niece. Anyway the new answer was yes!! So we packed up our scrapbooking items and headed off to the store. We got there
early to ensure good seats, and Maddie had the whole store to herself to shop! She got some fun stuff for her project, and then we started to work. 6 hours flew by, before you knew it, we were getting our supplies ready for home. I jokingly said to Maddie before we arrived, if anyone asks how old you are, just say 17 and a half, then nobody can say anything about you being here. Well if someone doesn't ask within minutes of the class starting! Maddie proudly said, 17.5! And for the rest of the night sat in with us, and nobody batted an eye about her age again!
