I was sitting with Ruby and Jade one day and Ruby asks " do you want a mango?" Jade replies "Ya!!!" with enthusiasm. I cringed, thinking "phew" I'm glad I don't have to cut it! Then Ruby did the most amazing thing.... she cut a mango with EASE!! I was in awe!! My new hero! Now we can buy crates of mangoes because I'm not afraid to cut them. I had to share this technique, so once again You Tube comes to the rescue.... watch and be amazed!! ( Now go buy some mangoes )
