This is our last chance to be the chosen one in Olivanders Shop. 27 people go in to the shop, and only 1 lucky person is picked by the Wizard to have a wand choose them. The first time they picked a boy on the far right hand side, so we hoping to be on that side, Then in front of us in line there were all adults... so chances of Maddie being picked were better... but they cut the line off infront of us... behind us.... tons of kids... curses!!! We walk in to the far left side... :-( strike one... then the Wizard comes down the spiral staircase... and passes right by us.... stike 2 .... then he scratched his head.... turns and points to Maddie...... "You've come for your wand haven't you"?? and he picked Maddie!!!!!!! Yay... I was beside myself with happiness.... you know what that means..... anyway
so he passes her the first wand, and asks her cast a spell "wingardium leviosa" and she was supposed to levitate a wand box.... but a whole bunch of wand boxes starting coming in and out of the shelf.... the wizard shook his head, and said... no no that's not the wand for you. Then he picked another one, and asked her to move the pot of flowers down to his desk... nope they wilted.... he shook his head again, and said my my you are a tough one... then he gets an idea, climbs up the stairs again and reaches as far as he can and gets a box, inside is a kewl looking wand, with a snake head....
he hands the wand to Maddie and a spotlight shines on her... and music starts to play... Maddie has been chosen by this wand... and the wizard is happy again!!!
Maddie can now get the Wizard shirt.... Dean and I are still Muggles. In Hogsmeade all the people stay in character, they call you muggles and ask for to sign for the registry.... it's awesome here!!!
We went to put Maddies wand safely in the car, and then headed to the opposite side of the park....

these guys were awesome... Doc asked where we were from I said Canada, he said that's a big place, where, I said Calgary, he said Stampede, I said yes!! he said I was there... I asked "when" he said 1980'2... that was 2 months ago...lol

The ET ride... when it started they gave us a "boarding pass" and typed in our names? we were confused what this was... cause as soon as the ride started we had to hand it in?? but then it made sense.... at the end of the ride, ET waved and said to us.... bye Dean, Maddie and Selena..... lol that was kewl!
ahhhh having a beer by the Back to the Future Train,,,,
and cooling off in the Coke Zone....
we went on Twister again...lol we love this show.. and it's fun to bug Maddie, but when you walk by and there's no wait.... you gotta go......

it's wreaks havoc, throwing signs around, starting fires... the platform we stood on had the roof almost ripped off and the floor gave out..... see! FUN!!

Despicable me... New ride... it's fun, but damn virtual again.... soon you can stay at home, and have all the rides virtual

Jurassic is another one that we can't walk by, we went quite often... but we all like this ride...lol the end splach!!

We went on single rider so we could go on the ride one more time... the wait was 45 minutes... we waited 5.
and then before we left we did a triple water ride shot. One rip saw falls and then double Popeye Barge.... we were SOAKED!!!
we bought a frequent visit card from Rainforest Cafe, and it came into use already, the wait time in DT Disney was 1 1/2 hours, we only had to wait 40 minutes. And we had 50 bucks to use on the card.... cause it was my birthday month.... Oct 31.... well ok, but if I had to choose a birthday that would be it lol

Maddie's wand in the giant pretty box, and I bought Harry's wand, I didn't have a wand choose me, so I had to choose someone elses.
