The coffee in New Orleans is excellent.
Tried some deep fried pickle slices yesterday - ahhh very good. Like Selena said, it was kind of like dipping your chip dip into chips....

New Orleans awakes....
...And us along with it. Our bed is swallowed us up last night providing a fantastic nights sleep. A beautiful, not a cloud day today. We have an early tour this morning so he are hitting the bricks early. We are in the main house - me sipping coffee and my wife Diet Coke, quite enjoying the smell of breakfast in the kitchen next door. After the tour, we will try and head back here and catch The Food Network crew and rumours heard yesterday about the gumbo party....
