this big beautiful house and it's neighbors are abandoned - eerie neighborhood
this is not a park it was a developed area, Ninth Ward area
the hole in the roof where somebody broke out of to safety
abandoned medical center, very eerie also
if you look close you can see the piles this house stood on
the only reason it didn't wash away was because there
is a tree behind it that held it there
the X above the door is how houses were marked, top of x is date
both sides are who checked it, bottom is DOA, this house owner was safe,
the water level was above the door which is why the x is on top
of the doorway
the salt water ate away at the foundation, the water line
is just under the window
Downtown is creepy too, because alot of the lower stores

boarded up still. Thankfully the French Quarter wasn't touched by the water. It's the highest land in New Orleans!
